"Stayed here for 1 night as we were visiting the Harry Potter studio the next day. The room was a family room for 4 of us. Clean and tidy ideal for overnight stay. An older style travel lodge but still clean and tidy."

"Inexpensive. Convenient. Quiet. Woman on reception was a delight even at 1am when I arrived. Can't fault it really"

"Rude staff - I went to check into my room and had to wait 15 minutes even though there was one person Infront of me in the queue. I eventually got to my room to find it had been used, the bed sheets pulled over & then rubbish and someone's belongings on the floor. I requested that they would put me in another room and the receptionist started shouting telling me no one has been in the rooms even though there obviously had been. After she agreed to move my room (to a smaller room) she asked me to go and get the other guests belongings which she was told no. I then asked her what time the restaurant is open until that is attached to the hotel and she said it is not her problem they are not apart of the hotel. A little information would have been nice. Shocking service with rude staff."

"I would not stay here. I was booked in here by my employer for a two-night stay on 18.09.22. The whole ground floor has an odour problem and it becomes worse when I entered my room. The reason being that there was black-mold growing in the bathroom. My employers moved me after the first night but it seems to have been for naught as I have been unwell since staying here. A complaint was made to the management who said they were aware of the problem, and despite a "deep-clean" the problem is persisting. It should be closed it is a public health hazard."

"Checked into the room late and tired and got straight into bed. Next morning I woke up and realised that there was dried sick on the carpet next to the 2nd bed that looked like it had been there for days. I checked out that morning and spoke to reception about it who said the only way to complain was to contact head office. The phone number they gave me was for a premium rate number. I have emailed them several times with no reply. Absolutely a joke."
