Ricardo really helped with her on-lead walking and now it is a pleasure to take her for walks. Silvana and the team have a great job with her walks. They send cute pics and videos and communicate regularly which is great. I am thankful I found them!”

Our puppy loves their visits and we have such peace of mind knowing that he's being cared for by people who truly love dogs and are also extremely professional. Chloe and the team make communication simple and have been incredibly accommodating when we have had to make last minute changes to our visits. They have even saved us when we got locked out of our house one evening by making sure we got our spare key! We would happily recommend the team to anyone looking for help with their dogs!”

She is amazing at her job and our dog always loves to go there so much so that we go for walks and go past her house and she try’s to walk up to her front door! Monika is so friendly and always try’s her best to accommodate us even with short notice. We simply would not trust anyone else to groom Bluebell and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer for there dog!”

No place more welcoming or hospitable or helpful, from graciously accommodating our unexpected travel changes, to providing a delicious warm breakfast, to sharing tips on best ways to travel downtown. The room was immaculately clean, charming, and comfortable. The location was excellent for our purposes. Our only complaint is that we only stayed four days. We could not recommend Denham Guest House more wholeheartedly and we cannot wait to return.”

● Open“This is a wonderful place to stay, most likely the best in the area! Julia is one of the loveliest, most hospitable people I've ever met and she goes above and beyond for her guests. My partner, our cat and I stayed here for 3 weeks due to a moving house mishap and Julia truly made us feel at home. I've never imagined I could feel so much at home at a hotel room, she was very supportive with everything we were going through and was a true friend. The rooms are lovely and immaculately clean, the location is great and there is only good things to be said about Rowan Park Lodge!”

Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury
● Closed“We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!”

● Closed“Reuben is amazing - our return flights got cancelled, but fortunately Oaks Cattery could extend my cat’s stay. Knowing she would be so well looked after was a complete weight off my shoulders. After almost 7 weeks (which is the longest she’s ever been away from us), Reuben dropped her off today and you can tell she is completely relaxed and pampered. Thank you Oaks Cattery for taking such good care of my child and the fantastic service!!”

I know that my cats are not only fed and watered in immaculate chalets but are also stroked, brushed and given toys to comfort and play with. The owners are so friendly and will do anything to accommodate with regards to meet cats needs and arranging pickup and drop off times.
