"Richmond Vets have literally saved our dog's life a number of times. They provided fantastic emergency care in a crisis, and we'll always owe them a debt of gratitude for giving us six (and counting) more years with our beloved Jack Russell, Hector. When Hector had to have his spleen removed a couple of years ago, they looked after him incredibly well from start to finish. When we went to pick him up, he was being cuddled in a blanket by one of the vet nurses. You can tell that the entire team really care about the animals they see, as well as the family members who are worrying for them. Importantly, the advice we've received has always been practical and realistic - something that really matters when your pet is unwell and emotions are running high. Fantastic team, lovely premises, and great location. I cannot recommend Richmond Vets highly enough."
