"My 13 year old cat needed dental extractions. I was worried that he might have problems with the anaesthetic. I was assured that all the pre op tests would be carried out and his dosage given accordingly. I left him at 8-45 am and returned home to pace the floor and scare myself witless by looking at Google ! After what seemed a lifetime the phone rang at 1-15 pm and I was informed that Baker was ‘ ready to go ‘ with no ill effects. My relief was enormous. So, as I write it is 2.30pm… Baker has woofed up a plateful of wet food and is now grooming himself. I have nothing but fulsome praise for all the staff at Alcombe : professional, caring and made my darling Bakers extractions literally as painless as possible. Thank you, thank you… thank you… This review was incorrectly assigned to the Twickenham practice… it is for the Ealing, Northfields one…."

"My dog has been registered here since we got him about 2 years ago, and we've had a really good experience. All the staff we've had contact with have been really lovely and friendly, they aren't at all pushy, and they've all looked after our dog really well. Definitely recommend!"
