“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“I have been using this shop since it has first opened, and they have helped me out with all my emergency outfits that I need last minute. The customer service is great and are always completing outfits you may put together or giving you advice on what would match and what wouldn’t. I went in today to yet again find a last minute outfit and the guy gladly helped me out with getting sixes and a fresh pair of cargos that I picked out, the manager or owner (not too sure) is also very nice he is very talkative and will have a great laugh with you, for example I tagged them in my Instagram post for my birthday as I got my whole outfit was from them, they quickly liked and commented, I went into the store and he said how was your birthday and that I looked really good in the dress , I really can’t fault them they are a great company and glad they are based in Croydon”

“It's s good showroom and has very friendly, helpful and patient staff members. Easy to order. Plenty of parking spaces outside. Inside the showroom, the lighting is not great and hard to see some samples properly, but they sent me samples for peace of mind.”

“IKEA store arranged over 2 floors with everything you come to expect. Even at busy lunch times there always seem to be somewhere to sit and the tables are cleaning very carefully between each guest. Somehow they have managed to keep the price of food reasonable despite inflation in Summer of 2022. The toilets are well maintained and the staff very helpful. Overall a first rate experience.”

“I'm a regular at this park n cafe as i walk my dog there almost every day. Service is fast, good and friendly. The food is very good, they bring it to your table. The place is very clean. It's a haven for dog owners as dogs are allowed in the main cafeteria, which is a welcome respite on a cold, frosty day. Coffee is good, and dog sausages are priced well.”

“Busy Lidl. Usually well stocked on most lines, but if looking to get any of the weekly specials or offers it's recommended to go early. There are usually some good offers in-store & if using the Lidl app for available coupons. The middle aisles will often have a range of seasonal offers & lines with some well priced bargains, so always worth investigating. Good range & quality of fresh fruit, vegetables & meat. The checkout queues can get long, but the self-service POS tills help when only doing a smaller shop & does tend to be quick even when the store's very busy.”

“This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. “Arranged a full clean of our range cooker, hob and extractor as part of our end of tenancy clean. Michael was so easy to contact, through phone call or text, super transparent about costs so there was no hidden fees or surprises. He was on time, friendly and got the job done to such a high standard! We couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely be using his service in our new home and also for upholstery cleaning. “Lovley stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent location, right in a shopping centre surrounded with places to eat. Parking free which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and even left a balloon and sweets in the room when they found out it was my daughter 6th birthday!”

She is confident and so happy. The staff at the nursery have provided her with the best education, safeguarding and care. I could not ask for anything more. “Had to book two rooms last minute due to finding our AirBnB room was absolutely disgusting, having travelled down for a family funeral. Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”
