"Absolute shambles paid for the sofa, paid for delivery of the sofa delivery day came and went no notification of why it wasn’t delivered. No notification when the next delivery would be tried ringing the helpline. They didn’t even know what happened couldn’t even give me the next delivery date complete shambles would never buy from them again…. They’ve had my money paid upfront"

"Worst experience of buying a sofa I've ever had. Knowing access to our property is tight as discussed with sales staff at time of purchase. We were assured that their delivery team will be able to remove the arms and get the sofa into the house. I was so surprised to get a call just before Christmas to say that they would deliver my sofa early. After three attempts on two days from a delivery driver that was completely incompetent at his job and made no effort to rectify the situation. Just shrugged his shoulders and jumped back in his van. I cancelled the order and have since had a full refund but that was a very difficult, long process too, as DFS started to take installments from my bank account in January. I'm still waiting for a refund on the broken light fitting that was damaged during the first attempt at delivery of the sofa. I would not recommend"

"After a bit of a nightmare at other sofa stores and being "stalked" by sales assistants, we came to dfs and met Zaha, she was lovly and friendly . Zaha also knew exactly what she was doing and measurements from her mind, she knew her products. A very nice shopping experience. Thankyou"

"Great service and good range of sofas with different styles and colours. Went on 3 occasions as we were undeceive on what sofa we wanted One of the staff hisham was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable took his time on every visit and made sure to give us the best possible deals. He made sure to take his time and didn’t rush. Highly recommend talking to him when you visit 10/10 can’t wait for sofas to arrive"
