“Needed a table for 3, slight wait of 20 minutes, which I was informed about up front. Lovely hostess who on noticing I had a sore throat gave me a glass of water, really kind of her. Friends arrived and we were shown to the table. Used the app to order which us simple and straightforward. They had run out of corn so we were asked to choose an alternative, this was accomplished without fuss. Food arrived, hot and exactly as asked for. Service was swift, polite and didn't disturb our evening. Food we ordered was delicious and drinks were chilled.”

“This bar is a favourite of my wife we normally have a few drinks here on a Sunday if we are going for a buffet at a local Indian restaurant, the staff are very friendly and very welcoming,helpful, on a sunny day its nice to sit outside the regulars are also very friendly.the only down side about sitting out side are the beggar's asking for money or and cigarettes. But we'll worth a visit”

“Loved this place. Rolled up on a Friday evening on a whim and they found a table for two of us. The food was excellent and great value for the amount we had. Excellent steaks and the Chorizo starter was incredible. The staff were great and the waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.”

“It has been a great experience getting our new kitchen from Richmond Kitchen (Kingston branch), from our first visit to the show room to finalise the design details, Matt has been very patient and professional with us throughout, specially we changed design multiple times. The product quality is very good and easy to fit. We are very happy with the services from Matt and Vahid, and the finalised product looks very good. “I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. “My youngest daughter went to this Saturday school a year and a half ago after covid. My daughter was 7 years old at that time and she completely resisted the language. Online lessons, she cried and sat on the floor at the table, for lessons at home, it was difficult for us with the schedule and we decided to set aside Saturday for studying the Russian language in classes. My daughter is making great progress, she has a girlfriend there, she goes to school with pleasure. Administrator Olga is very responsive and attentive, helps us decide cottages and questions. We have a very positive experience.”

“Highly recommend The Richmond Hair Company! I went to another salon in town and left with a terrible cut. Super short in the back, long uneven pieces in the front, and layers that didn't make sense-- it was horrendous. I scheduled a consult with Patrick to see if it could be fixed (I honestly wasn't sure it could be salvaged) and then followed up with an appointment a few days later. He was able to turn that original butchered cut into something very cute and I'm so happy I went with him. He's a very skilled and talented hair artist. I'll never go to anyone else!”

“I’ve lived in Old Isleworth for eight years and have always meant to take a cruise up to Kingston. Was so much better to see the river from a boat, so many different views. The boat is good value and very comfortable with a bar and loos. Staff are very friendly and efficient. We walked back to Teddington lock along the Thames Path- about 15 minutes and stopped for a pint before getting the bus home. A great trip.”
