"Have often had issues here with the car park and staff being difficult and rude. Today someone accused me of stealing my shopping and then when I presented my receipt he realised he had made an error. He then suggested I was acting very suspicious and that he thought I was going to steal the basket?? I remained polite but he was extremely offensive to me. I was humiliated in front of a lot of people."
"Probably one of the worst Waitrose I have been to. Staff have always been rude. One member of staff accused us of looking ‘suspicious’ even though we had just paid and showed him our receipt. Waitrose management should train staff better especially with the amount of money I spent on a single piece of fruit!"
