"Understaffed. 40 minutes later we still didn't have our starters. We cancelled them. Then came the food. Amazing preservation, but tiny tiny portions. I literally had less than 100g of monkfish on my plate. The staff was nice. The beers were warm. Not coming back again. Or any other Cote. Be prepared: the place is really noisy as well. Not your faux-fancy restaurant. They did offered us the dessert though :) then again, amazing staff. Always running and smiling."

"Place was a chaos when I visited it. The waiter spilled wine on me firstly, didn't get me any napkins to clean up. Didn't clean my seat or table. The food was average. I had visited the one in Hampstead and their food was amazing there we went to the Richmond one. My steak was well down, I asked for medium rare. The lamb chops were chewy and had no meat on them, just fat. We were not served for good 20 mins. Not gonna go there again. It looked like game of thrones on there. Spilling and breaking everything. The workers also looked very unhappy and upset."

"We had an excellent dinner here! Delicious food with a good gluten free menu and gluten free flags on the GF plates so you know they are actually gluten free :) They staff were very friendly and were wearing masks to keep people safe which was very nice to see. I would highly recommend this restaurant."
