"AVOID this taxi company! Pre booked a taxi to take me to heathrow this week - when taxi hadn't arrived 10mins after the booked time I called to get an update. Operator was rude (no apology about the delay) and he insisted it was 10mins away.15mins later still no taxi so I called again and got same reaction.Taxi arrived 40mins late - no apology or explanation on what the delay was. Almost missed my flight. This company is a complete shambles - I'll never use again and absolutely wouldn't recommend."
