Kathryn is possibly the nicest woman I have ever encountered. If this society wasn't such a disgusting shambles there would be places like this in every town in the country. Would give 10 stars if I could!”

Charing Cross Hospital
● Open“This is an honest review. I was admitted for accute bleeding. Although I was in hospital for 11 days. The doctors were able to fully resolve my issue, despite the long time it took. The only down side was the lack of qualifications a lot of the ward nurses have, showing their clear lack of nursing skills.”

University College Hospital
● Open“Was dropped in front of the main entrance by a taxi, queued in front of the info desk/reception to ask where to go and was approached by someone with a yellow badge (working or volunteer from the hospital) to ask if he can help and promptly answered us to go directly to the A&E unit with clear direction. The staff, nurses & specially the doctor was very calming and thorough in their job. The facility is very clean. It took us less than a couple of hours with the medication from the pharmacy and went back home… The only minor comments is that there was no discharge summary report, either they missed to give us or it does not exist. Also the A&E waiting area seems to be small, perhaps it is under renovation not sure…”

Epsom General Hospital
● Open“I underwent surgery yesterday and was under the care of Mr Nigel Day and his amazing female Dr colleague ( so sorry that I can't remember her name) along with the anaesthetist. I cannot tell you how amazing all of the staff were to me from booking the appointment with Shirley and then arriving at the day surgery right through to Swift ward at the end of the day. Mr Day took the time to visit me on the ward at the end of a long day to check I was okay and to advise me of the surgery he performed. The care was exceptional and all of the staff should feel very proud that they are caring for patients who can be anxious. Long may our NHS continue and maybe it is time we all stood together as a nation to help them earn a rightful wage and more resource. I know there are organisations already in operation and I intend to support the cause more aggressively than I have to date. Thank youa nd much appreciated Sally :)”

East Surrey Hospital
● Open“I attended the A&E dept around 0000 Xmas morning following an earlier accident on my mobility scooter and was bleeding from my left arm. I was immediately triaged with bandages and advise to wait to see a doctor after a blood test. I had the test and was followed up by a Doctor. OK there was a long wait (about) 7 hours but the leader board displayed the very busy state of play and I was content to wait my turn as the staff saw more serious cases. I would especially like to thank the triage nurse Sue who was extremely helpful and understanding.”
