"My husband is still in this hospital. His case turned out to be serious when he was admitted. My husband didn’t take well the hours of waiting and many tests run on him. However, thanks to massive support from Dr. K. Quinn, who managed to convince my husband to do what’s best for him, and his amazing team, we got the answers and help. I was amazed how fantastic everyone was showing understanding, offering help, patience, giving a smile in a place where so much misery can be seen. MASSIVE THANK YOU - I hope it reaches those who had even a brief encounter with Harold C."

"We had to go to King College Hospital. Considering this is a tough time for us, the hospital were fantastic. Every consultant showed emotion, care, humility and humour. My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. Professor Kypros was amazing and so were his colleagues. Extremely kind. Grateful for the leadership in the procedure throughout and the kindness shown. Thank you!"

"Dangerous, patronising and complacent treatment in my case, along with extremely poor communication. Medic centred rather than patient centred. My experience was so bad that I've asked my urgent, life saving operation be transferred to another London hospital, despite the risk. I think that says it all. Just remember you have a legal right to be treated at a hospital of your choice and look at various rankings before you decide. King's performs badly by both international and UK standards. Choose carefully. I came in for an outpatient CT scan but was given a drug that led to me being admitted for a week. Of course I was met with denial. The doctors were more interested in covering their arses than compassionate treatment. Extremely poor."

"I was admitted as a day patient to the Cardiac Catheterisation Unit for an angiogram. The staff, doctors, nurses and receptionist were so lovely. They were very efficient and caring and I could not fault my treatment, care and the cleanliness of this unit. Thank you to everyone"

"I turned up having to drive over an hour to get my son tongue tie sorted. I arrive as per instructions and am not familiar with the area, this hospital had zero car parking facilities near where we went. Bear in mind I have a 5 week year old, his mum who's still recovering from an infection due to pregnancy and a stroller, bassinet and all his stuff. I'm carrying it all, no problem but no where to park. I cannot be driving around hoping to find somewhere to park when my appointment is due soon. So find myself parking in the permit only bays outside the building we had our appointment. Staff were great, very professional and brilliant but I think it's a disgrace Lambeth council or the hospital whoever it is, are preying on patients particularly those with new borns. The answer they have is get public transport, yeah right, dream on, not with all of this equipment. So I was there 3.5 hours of course I get a parking ticket I'm not paying them a penny, they can do one. I also would advise the hospital YOU should give your STAFF safe and priority parking spaces. You don't and that's appalling."
