"The only way to speak to someone there is to drive there and have a chat in person. Their phone line is busy 24/7. That's a shame as I had a whole van of books to give away, and I've ended up disposing of them."

"My sister and I went to drop off a chest of drawers and because I'm in a wheelchair we asked someone to help. The lady who came out was dressed to the 9's with thick makeup and a terrible attitude, and we could tell she didn't want to help carry. She saw a small crack at the bottom and said her manager would refuse it. Her way out!! She could have asked because I'm certain they would get at least £10 for it. She was rude and unhelpful and has totally put me off shopping there, and a perfectly good chest of drawers is now at the dump!!! Ridiculous..."
