I asked specific questions and brook answered all my questions and was very helpful towards me. I went away and I was extremely pleased. I got the product I wanted and fixed my tooth in. I went there to thank her for doing such a good job and went there's to thank her as I saved money because of her advice and correct information. “Went to the Growler stop for first time last night. Great, helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Very extensive beer menu that the staff will help you with. We sampled quite a few across the range, pale ales, ipa’s, bitters and stouts and they were all lovely. We will be returning and next time our wives said they’ll come with us and sample their gins :-)”

“Another very good and comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel and also the Beefeater are lovely, friendly and creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a local feeling, despite being in a heavily industrialised area. Very warm and welcoming and will stay again. The restaurant itself was closed but the bar was open and we were invited to use the bar area for ordering in a delivery, as were the other guests. It worked really well.”

“Stayed for the night with my partner and we were both very happy with the facilities and service at the hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and the checkin was quick and easy. Natasha was very helpful in explaining where everything was and helped us in finding some extra coffee. The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfy. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“Rooms as always were clean and beds comfortable. Great thing is if you are an IHG member you can ask for a free late check-out which we got, that's such a relief. Standard breakfast served and ample parking space. It's next to the motorway and no issues with noise at all. Tiny recommendation would be about the bathroom sink - it was clogged with a few hair - something to be careful about next time.”

“My eldest daughter has been attending centre stage in one way or another since she was 6 starting in an after school club which was so good she asked to join the main academy which she has been at since 7 (she is now 11) and my youngest has also joined in the little ones classes. Both of my child adore centre stage and always come out of lesson beaming and full.of exciting things to tell me. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a drama/performing arts academy”

“We just stayed here it’s not too busy at the moment which is great and we got a lovely price for what’s here. Lovely food, room and spa. There’s a lot to explore definitely not a boring hotel. Room was clean and had a comfy bed compared to some other hotels also has a piano in the reception too.”

“Lovely experience with ladyr. I booked them to take me to my wedding venue. The car turned up in plenty of time. Driver was very friendly and got some lovely photos too. The personalised ribbon was an extra touch which so many people complimented and we absolutely loved it. The car was immaculate and in pristine condition. So glad I used this company.
