"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton with my partner. It was his birthday, and I spoke on the phone prior to our stay to Natasha on reception; she was very helpful in organising balloons and cake to surprise him upon arrival, and she was also the one to check us in with a warm welcome. The room was spotless and modern, and we were pleased with the facilities available. Unfortunately, the sauna and steam room were closed, but this did not spoil our stay, and we still enjoyed a lovely dip in the pool. Despite the bar being busy, the service from the bar staff was excellent. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Stayed for the night with my partner and we were both very happy with the facilities and service at the hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and the checkin was quick and easy. Natasha was very helpful in explaining where everything was and helped us in finding some extra coffee. The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfy. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Our stay at the Hilton Dartford was so lovely! We stayed here as a treat when we come back from our wedding and the reception staff were amazing! Made us feel so welcome, honestly couldn’t do enough for us! Made us feel really special knowing we were newlyweds. Especially Lorna and Ellie, they were just super friendly and really made our experience enjoyable. The room was lovely, really clean! Great facilities in the room! Overall such an amazing stay and definitely will be returning and recommending to family and friends for when they visit us."
