"I was recovered to this centre by the AA as they could not repair on the roadside. After looking over my vehicle was told drive belt timing belt and new diesel pump required and would take 1-2 days to repair. After 5 weeks and appalling customer service I got a second opinion as still in limp mode. My second opinion did a diagnostic test that showed a faulty pump fitted. They then refused to continue any further works as I had escalated to customer relations. I got my car back on the road by my second opinion within the 2 day original timescale. And at half the price. They accept too many vehicles for their workforce as they were advertising four different jobs at the same time"
