“Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and very clean unfortunately, there was no breakfast cook so only continental breakfast was available however, the pub next door served full English buffet breakfast which was excellent. All amenities were available I.e hairdryer, iron etc. Would stay again”

Also there is ice skating, but it wasn't open during the time I was there, but the pool is great for the family. The reception lady was very helpful and friendly which provides great customer service and a key aspect to what I always look out for.
