"Booked accessible room 6 months prior...told on arrival not available!! Not happy!! Room we chose as replacement was small by comparison...our stay was 4 nights over Christmas so it mattered!! Staff did their best but could not really make up for the disappointment!!"

"It's ok if you want to keep low budget No place to hang your coats, noisey air conditioner, a bit smelly room when you enter first. Need airing, plus windows can't be opened Good point is everything is local"

"Turned up after work midnight to check in to find out they overbooked. No call to say this happened the whole day bear in mind a worked 13h on my feet and i have no place to stay. Next morning i got to find out from staff that they do this to take extra money just incase some one doesn’t turn up. I would never stay in travelodge ever again."
