"would give 0/5 if possible - avoid at all cost bed bugs!! with poor management who didn't want to refund us as first when we managed to capture video evidence of the bed bugs... it was only after a long and acrimonious process of negotiation did we manage to extract a refund from them. management will also try to say that reviews about bed bugs refer to the other stratford hotel london...thus using name confusion to their advantage. i refer to stratford hotel at 43 Romford Rd, London E15 4LY, United Kingdom"

"Woooow. Such a nice location, its in heart of Stratford. Only 5 minutes to station. The hotel has 24/7 customer services, i can not believe to get room for so much cheap price. Free water bottles Complimentary car park Cosy beds Bathroom was small but its okay for the price."

"I was pleased with how comfortable the room was. The space in the room was also a nice surprise. The complimentary Water bottles, chocolates, fruits were given. This hotel is in old Victorian building however the services were given were same like that I am staying in 5star hotel. Very worth and value of per night stay less than £100. Ms. Toshi always there for all help. Back garden plenty of sunshine to relaxed"
