“Reading some of these comments I'm appalled! I have been using this vet for over 13 years and would never go anywhere else. My dog had so many issues since she was a pup and the vet was amazing, informative and compassionate on each and every single visit/operation we had. I trusted him wholeheartedly and he helped my dog live a long and happy life. Staff are amazing but as a vet, Mr T is absolutely amazing and I can't thank him and the staff anymore for what they did for my dog Skye.”

“Speaking about my experience in this clinic, I can definitely say that I am very satisfied. Very professional attitude, at the same time very warm and understanding. Very easy to make an appointment, flexible times. So if you are owl like me - you don`t have to suffer in the mornings or during the daytime - the clinic will find the opportunity to make the meeting after 4 o`clock, which I find fantastic, this is the exact time when I am ready to speak and see people. Speaking about clinic staff, they are great. Secretary Hannah Matthews, Doctor Bhatia - they do their job on a high level that I have never seen before. I was lucky to meet Dr Bhatia who is responsible for his job and most importantly, he loves it. This is the story of when a person found his destiny, the destiny bestowed on him by fate. This is a story when a person from the heart and soul helps people to find stability and peace. From our first meeting, he everytime very carefully analysed my situation, read between the lines, asked those questions that are relevant to my case and revealed the true reason why I was suffering from it. At the same time, communicating with him is like when you communicate with a close friend with a cup of tea. This inspires me very much. I think he is a gifted person on what he does and he does it professionally. Thanks to him, for the first time in so many years, I did not experience dangerous manic episodes and a deep attack of depression, which I had every, every damn year! I cannot even believe it, can I finally live stable like all normal people, It turns out yes I can. WOW”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

“Absolutely fantastic staff, extremely helpful and supportive in every way possible. Couldn't ask for anything better. I live in Windsor and I don't go anywhere else for my animal care. Plus the prices are more suitable to us as a family. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in. Very much appreciated and very pleased. 100 per cent never use any other places as had bad experiences with rude staff and completely rocket prices that I couldn't even think about. Alex and Cleo very passionate and patient with everyone and everything they do. It's great and I feel at total ease and confidence and in safe hands with pets. Sana conducted my test and was not only efficient but kind and reassuring. I’m so grateful to her and the other staff members. My fit to fly certificate was emailed to me promptly. . “Visited Daya pharmacy to receive my booster vaccination and the service, organisation and set up was excellent. They ensured that the waiting time was no longer than 10 minutes from the moment you stand in the queue to getting your vaccination (bonus was that they also gave a chocolate at the end). “AMAZING SERVICE - WENT OVER AND ABOVE!! I had an emergency yesterday and desperately needed to get insulin for my mum. Tesco was the only pharmacy that had it, there were complications with the 111 prescription that had been put through. "Nahar" was beyond helpful, she went over and above and I feel very lucky that she was on duty yesterday. Thank you so so much !! wishing you all the best for the future !”

“I share positive experience with SAM at Tesco Pharmacy! He is a credit to Tesco's - let alone the Pharmacy department. I went to Pharmacy to enquire if I could get a Blistex cream that I was unable to find on the shelf in main store. A lady appeared at the counter after some time - myself and 3 other customers were waiting a good while. I shared with the lady what I was looking for - the conversation quickly became intense and uncomfortable!! The lady let me know this cream is no longer produced. I asked for an alternative and she became extremely difficult by not "understanding" - lady had me just about exposing myself in front of everyone. (Shame on her!) SAM - who was at the back hearing this conversation between myself and the lady, came out to the front and offered me an alternative that I had requested then served me to pay. I left there well shell shocked and feel much appreciated by SAM for stepping in. Thank you SAM!”
