"The staff are very rude.they take forever to serve you they never answer the phone all they say is your prescription is not ready. The worst pharmacy ever."
"There is no system at this chemist. My medication should have been ready 4 days ago. Not made up and also short on the prescription. I am then asked what drugs are on the prescription in front of other customers. This is private. Day Lewis you need to get your act together fast."
"When it works, it works. BUT about 25% of the time, they fail to deliver, not just once but several times. My very elderly Father's meds were ordered a week ago, and were guaranteed to arrive yesterday (Thursday), or today. Well it's 7pm and we are left hoping they arrive tomorrow - a Saturday !!!! Edit 1 : Nothing arrived on Saturday. So 3 days late and the meds won't arrive Sunday. So left 5 days waiting. Hoping meds will last"
"Very Rude blonde lady working here, I came to pick up my prescription from my dentist, she told me she is very busy and doesn’t have time to look for it. I have no words for this exceptional customer service awful and sad that people like this deal with prescription, clearly she is so unhappy with her job."
