"Excellent service, fair prices (they don't charge the earth unlike some vets, genuine animal care comes before their costs) friendly staff. Clear and communicative about next steps etc. Never had a problem, I changed to these guys about 2 years ago at least and would never look back. My previous vet took total advantage, ridiculous fees and out for the money. Angers me to compare the two now if I'm honest, as I can now see how bad it really was. These guys come out tops every time."

My beautiful girl delivered 10 pups @ E-vets yesterday and I can honestly say they would not of all made it out safely without all the help of the staff at evets they was excellent,they made her top priority with 0 distractions. "I have always liked the way they looked after my cat - until recently where my husband had a confrontation with one of the receptionists because of a parking issue. Apparently, they have a notice that advises all clients that they might be issued with a fine if you park your car in the incorrect parking bay and when my husband tried to enter the Vets the receptionist then slammed the door in his face and said that she would not assist him until he moved his car. As he is not normally a person that likes to have an argument, when he entered the Vets after moving his car, he did however purely for the way the receptionist spoke to him confront her with this. He reminded her that he was the client and that how could she then speak to him in that manner - he was not coming there to beg - and that if it was not for us - the clients - the vet doors would close - or did she feel that because of the colour of his skin it was fine to speak to him in this manner . My husband even went as far as to explain to her that if he did get a fine that he would not hold the vets responsible as he parked his car there out of his own and that he would not hold them liable for his. Despite this, she still thought it would be fine to then carry on ranting at him and because she was not getting her way then stormed off like a petulant child. The strange thing about this is not one other person, including the other receptionist that worked there told her to calm down they all just kept quiet. Now I might be wrong and she might have been having a bad day but this does not excuse her attitude towards him - a paying client. Not one person in this Vet including the Veterinarian even apologised to him for the manner in which he was treated and because of this I have now decided to use another Vet. So, if you want to be abused by the staff feel free to go to this Vet - Animal Health Centre 371A High Street The Elms Hayes UB3 5DQ"

"Absolutely fantastic staff, extremely helpful and supportive in every way possible. Couldn't ask for anything better. I live in Windsor and I don't go anywhere else for my animal care. Plus the prices are more suitable to us as a family. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in. Very much appreciated and very pleased. 100 per cent never use any other places as had bad experiences with rude staff and completely rocket prices that I couldn't even think about. Alex and Cleo very passionate and patient with everyone and everything they do. It's great and I feel at total ease and confidence and in safe hands with pets. My animals mean the world to me especially our dogs. Thankyou to the excellent staff always. X"
