"If I could I would give them 0 star. Please do NOT register here They are not responsible about anything. The service is so poor. I had pain and had an appointment here then dr called me and after 2 rings cut off. My phone was in my hand and I had just called them in a minute but they told me you have to take another appointment. I was confused."

"Reception staff is very rude.They should realise that no one go to GP for fun. It’s always something serious. I went there because my 9month old son was not well. But there attitude is always very bad. They don’t bother even if little baby is involved. Seriously I prefer 111 than going to GP because of the rude reception staff."

"Please do not register for this practice. The service you receive is genuinely diabolical. I made it very clear that my daughter was allergic to penicillin so they went ahead and prescribed her penicillin. This is just one of many complaints I have had about this surgery. They never refer you when you need to be referred, you have to constantly chase any request you put in with them. This surgery needs to be in special measures and that is putting it mildly"
