"One of the worst pharmacy we have unfortunately in our local area, the lady who attended my wife was completely Rude… my wife went for her booster jab before time, the staff was free at that time but they refuse to provide vaccination before half an hour, my wife waited for half an hour and asked her when time started than she said don’t try to tell her about time, we will do it when we ready…. Completely disrespectful and rude… avoid to go this pharmacy.."

"Great service and advice. Very vigilant. One day I lost my charger and couldnt call urgent care. I walked slowly to boots and they helped my out. They called 111 for me. Let me sit in private area to wait for ambulance. Very caring and reassuring."
