“I love Chinese culture , traditions and cusine so I had to check this market out . Since its opening few years ago a lot of things have had upgraded here, making the shopping experience so much better . This year I noticed they decignated little area for traditional Chinese art connected with new year celebrations and it is really welcome addition . Store has also some good produce and you can find here almost everything to prepare at home your favourite Chinese dish. If you are worried about safety during pandemic don't be , they take safety measures seriously so before you enter , you can use the scanner to measure your temperature and also , customers are required to wear face coverings. I'm always happy to spend my time here especially that I love the choice of Chinese tea assortment. I cannot give less than 5 stars”

“A huge thank you to the Store Manager of the King's Mall Clarks Shop, i bought a working shoes at Clarks store in Central London Store, unfortunately as I stand for very long hours they were not so comfortable and were hurting my feets really bad, I then decide to buy a second pair of shoes at Clarks Hammersmith, and the Manager kidness was shocking, he offered to change my shoes even if I used them for a couple of shift for a new pair of shoes that could suit my feets better, he really helped me a lot, and even help me to save money on an extra pair of shoes, he was really kind and helpful and I appreciate him so much. Thank you Sir for all your help and for your great costumer service! I think the name of the gentleman is Kane, anyway the manager on duty 6/10/2021, he deserves all my compliments.”
