"I went there for the first time to get a haircut. Overall, I didn’t feel happy with the way the stylist who was supposed to cut my hair provided me the service. I have very long hair. Midway, somebody else was asked ( I think a senior stylist) to cut my hair because she felt it would take a lot of time and didn’t seem interested in doing it. The other person who finally gave me a haircut did it nicely. But they charged me 10 pounds extra because they felt my hair was too long half way through which I told/showed to them as soon as I entered (and moreover putting it on me that I didn’t tell them over a phone call where their main focus was only on booking an appointment). Paid the price because I didn’t want them to make a mess of my hair but not the right way to deal with any customer."
