“Our local Beaver colony had a fantastic evening at Pets at Home Romford. Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). The children were able to hold a Guinea pig and Terry made them feel comfortable whilst doing so. We all had a brilliant evening. Thank you Terry.”

“I went in looking for a suit with absolutely no idea of what I wanted at all! The gentleman that served me had the patience of a Saint and was ever so helpful, I ended up buying a really nice tailored suit and was surprised at how good the overall price was. Well done moss brothers! I will definitely be shopping with you again.”

“If I could rate them higher I would!! Just had an 8 hour session with Adam and all I can say is thank you!! From the moment we met till the end of the tattoo service has been nothing but exceptional. Now to the tattoo all I can say it has actually come out so much better then the design itself and I love it. Would happily say to anyone when you get a tattoo always choose quality and I'd happily travel wherever he is for my next one. Also the studio is really clean and quite relaxing!”

“Absolutely love this cafe, amazing food and the owners and staff are fantastic. The chicken kebab is beautiful and the home made chilli sauce is the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do and genuinely value their customers (both new and returning). A great place to come for breakfast/lunch or even order a delivery from via one of the apps.”

“Prash was very accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. This guesthouse is located about a 10/15 minute walk North of the train station and is very easy to get to. The room was clean, warm, and safe. The shower was very hot and a little tricky to get the hang of. There are a lot of local places to grab food. I stuck to Sainsburys as wasn’t there for long and made the big error of going to Papa Johns - awful customer service. There is also a chugger train which links Hornchurch, and Upminster. Overall, this was a pleasant stay at this guesthouse.”

“Today myself and my partner ventured into the Romford TUI branch to be greeted by Ella - well what can we say about Ella, she patiently spent hours with us to ensure we booked our dream holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from jumping onto trip advisor to check out different hotel revies, with us changing our minds last minute and wanting another hotel. She was easy to talk to knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. We felt in safe hands and just booked everything in one go including the hotel for the night before our departure, insurances, seats and all of our day trips and lounge access. This was solely down to the fact that we instantly connected with Ella and trusted her to guide and organise us through everything. Ella went through each element ensuring that she gave us copies with all key information highlighted. We were offered tea coffee and fed chocolates :) Shout out to Barbara as well who also was professional and super friendly and jumped in to assist us as well. These girls in the Romford branch are top notch and deserve special recognition - they made us feel valued and special!! if you want a non-pushy and honest service I strongly urge you to pop into the Romford branch and specifically ask for one of these lovely ladies......... Roll on May!!!!”

“It’s a huge supermarket, very specious with multiple floors. Especially for Bangladeshi people there are everything. Groceries fresh vegetables fresh fishes fresh meat chicken and frozen section for Bangladeshi fish. They recently added Bangladeshi traditional gift items which is top quality like Aarong. We found all staff are very helpful and polite. The overall price is reasonable compared to similar giants. They usually add some free gift and pay for parking at the checkout. Well only issue is parking. There are parking in front of the supermarket on weekdays only. Brewers car park is bit far although there is another car parking behind the Aklu Plaza which call Liberty car park is best for shopping here. Thanks”
