"My haircut (by Alma) was amazing, as usual. However, the online 'queuing' system did not work which means that the stylists have to manage the influx of clients themselves - adding to their already busy schedule. This is not the first time the system has failed at this salon. It would be great if management could sort this out, as the stylists here work really hard."

"Popped in for a quick trim and was very disappointed. The hairdresser took forever, not because she was diligent or meticulous in her cutting but because all she did was talk. Very friendly but I wish she spent more time on my hair than conversation. The cut was very blunt, no feathering just snipped the hair off and that was it, including a blunt fridge which was NOT the look I was going for. When she blow-dried my fringe I felt like crying as the dryer was insanely hot on my scalp. Definitely won’t be coming back"
