Luxury hotel stay in Croydon

“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“Have been taking guinea pigs to stay at Now Boarding Croydon for several years now. Responses are always prompt and the guinea pigs seem to really enjoy their time being looked after. Would recommend!”

“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“The reception area is very refreshing with beautiful design, lighting, music and fragrance. And all the facilities in the building are well maintained including good access control to building,floor and the room. The room has all the basic facilities required and I am amazed at how brilliantly the kitchen area is setup with all basic requirements without making it look clumsy. I am enjoying my stay. “I have been Staying at the Hilton London Croydon as I am working nearby. I have been there for four weeks and it has been a very pleasant stay. The rooms are large , very clean and modern with TV , drinks cooler, and air conditioning. Super comfortable bed. Nice modern clean bathroom. The Staff are always friendly approachable and helpful . Excellent parking . The breakfast is always a winner with a good choice for both Continental and full English . The team serving breakfast are so friendly they really do set you up for the day.”

“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”

“Great location! Just 15mins away from Central London. Easily accessible and reasonable prices. I had a really pleasant time and the rooms were clean but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff’s excellent customer service. All of the people were very helpful and wonderfully patient with their time and advice. I so enjoyed my stay there and I hope to return.”

“I know that when I leave my cats here, they are in the care of people who absolutely love cats. I know that my cats are not only fed and watered in immaculate chalets but are also stroked, brushed and given toys to comfort and play with. The owners are so friendly and will do anything to accommodate with regards to meet cats needs and arranging pickup and drop off times. “The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

Although, I perceive a strange scent around the corridor and I have to spray my room with perfume as I can't withstand the smells.
