I have seen many vets over the years with different pets, and this was the most positive experience ever. My darling girl was seen, diagnosed by Dale quickly, Margaret was efficient and kind and the nurse was too. "Margaret and Dale are an incredible team. Our Romanian rescue dog Dylan unfortunately has behavioural issues, including territorial and fear reactivity in certain very specific circumstances. He has recently decided he doesn't like the vet and hates being injected even more - which has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety because he needs to be vaccinated to go to day care, which he loves, and we've had instances where he's ideally needed to go to emergency vets out of hours and they've been unable to inject him as needed. Dale and Margaret have been so kind, thoughtful and patient with us and Dylan. After four failed attempts and a lot of muzzle training, we finally cracked it today and we are so relieved and thrilled.
