"Whilst we haven’t had an issue with the medical care from any of the vets at this practice, their admin is absolutely appalling. On two separate occasions we have brought our cat in for appointments we have booked and been told they have don’t have a vet available, and yet no one has called to let us know it can’t go ahead. They failed to update our address when we moved house, despite us calling to inform them, and the latest saga is that they’ve lost the clinical notes from our most recent visit! Our cat received his annual jab and check up and a follow up appointment was made, but they now can’t find any record of the initial appointment and subsequent notes. One, or possibly two, errors would of course be only human but this constant level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone."
