Some people have great experiences and rate 5 stars, and others don't, although they deal with the same staff. I've taken my child to this clinic 4 or 5 times and I've always had good experiences. The doctor takes good notes and can go back and discuss the history of treatements. They also have same day appointments available and they work on a Saturday too. I have a high opinion and respect for the doctor. She is always attentive, provides good advise and takes time to listen to you. I've recommended this clinic to a few of my friends, and they all had good experiences too. I also like that we always see the same doctor, which is how it should be. The doctor already knows us and we know her which increases the level of assurance and trust.”

I was seen immediately , no long waits! and the pharmacist had time to listen to my requirements and to assess my needs for the particular countries I intend visiting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the private consulting room. The Pharmacist was friendly and approachable , appeared very knowledgable and was familiar with the latest travel advisories. I noticed that strict hygiene and cleanliness was observed as well as sterility in administering the injections. They were also able to advise me on other travel necessities I would require.I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ross Pharmacy for your travel requirements. Costs were reasonable and competitive. As an added bonus, the injections were absolutely painless!!”

When I got my first IUD at a different hospital 5 years ago, I found it horrible and painful so I was worried that the procedure of removing it and replacing it will be just as bad. But they made me feel so at ease with their kindness and it was an almost painless procedure. I barely felt any pain or discomfort, and I felt perfectly fine after the procedure.”

When it comes to meals, they offer you just what they promised you. Also, if you have any dietary needs, they will adjust them. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was super with amazing view to the airport. Bed was cozy, closet, work station and the bathroom was tidy and neat.”

Like the last reviewer, I also had problems with prescriptions from my surgery, but SVR are very efficient. I personally do not think branding issues are the fault of the pharmacy. Keep up the good work.”
