"Peckham Dental practice Coloseum is one of the worst in Southwark for patient care.The staff are so unprofessional especially the receptionists their attitude towards patients is unthinkable. They don't answer phone calls at all and you will walk into the clinic and book an appointment just for you to turn up on the day and be told sorry your name is not booked for today. Even the dentist that i saw is so unprofessional. Its really scary to think you seeing a health professional so unprofessional in his duties. Very poor communication with his patients if i may be precise very arrogant. The receptionists will be sitting at the desk chatting and the phones will be ringing instead they would put it on silent mode. I dont like making complains but I think something seriously needs to be done to put things right in that practice. I am not the only patient experiencing this problem a review from other patients needs to be carried out to establish the truth about this practice. Better still bring in new staff to run the clinic because this is aweful what going on there. Hope this will help to put things right for the benefit of other patients. The receptionist are so care free in talking to patient as if patient arr not important. Lack of communication from the onset when you attent."

"I am waiting to be treated for 3 months! Please avoid Deborah Reynolds for your sake because she is not stationary, the company transfers her to other branches, which they have many. I started my treatment on 14/06/22, and she treated one of my teeth successfully, however, while started the second one, she got lost, and nobody informed me about her absence, I learnt that she was gone during my appointment. In addition, nobody accepts me because there is an ongoing treatment, nobody takes responsibility in case of wrong treatment, even the dentists in the same branch. I am still chasing her to make her finish my treatment. To be honest, Deborah is a skilled dentist, but it is a very rare chance to be treated by her. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR MIND, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!"

"The staff are polite and courteous, helpful , but while l was waiting to be attended to at reception, it took 3 staff to deal with one issue of delivery and pick up. 1person could have done this, and helped me quicker. I was struggling to complete the form l was eventually given to complete before seeing the dentist when the nurse came to call me in. I rushed it and ended up signing at the wrong place. The dentist himself was very professional and polite, courteous through out."

"Been going to this practice for years - and it used to be mostly Iranian run and very very good. The current set up is a shambles. Very very very very over-priced for very shoddy treatment. The dentist (Osa) was late for all three appointments I had with him (which, when you are paying over a thousand pounds for effectively 1 hour of private treatment, is an insult), administered a seriously painful injection which took days from which to recover, cut my tongue on filling a tooth, and left me with a bite so bad that I cannot eat properly. When I asked for a discount in view of these failings I was turned down. Now trying to find the (very good) dentists who used to practise there. The receptionists are long suffering and very helpful, but avoid the actual dentists at all costs. Dreadful dreadful treatment."
