"I came into this salon this evening and the service I received from 2 members of staff wasn’t particularly pleasant. I asked for a pedicure with white tips (normal polish) When the lovely girl who began the pedicure began to paint I asked why she was not doing a base coat? The 2 other ladies approached me and said that is just how you do it here? Which I find ludicrous as I’ve had a 1000 pedicures and never seen anyone do a white tip or any kind of paint without having a base coat first. I wasn’t very happy with this and stated if they had of told me this process I wouldn’t of agreed to the treatment. One of the ladies said she could take over but to do just a plain polish which obviously I didn’t want as I’d asked for white tips. Once they had painted the tips white they was very uneven and I still was not happy. I found the 2 women to be pretty unhelpful and they told me I have no option but to pay £56 for a gel paint. I find the entire experience pretty terrible and they have not offered any kind of solution other than charging me nearly double the original price. Is this some kind of a set up? As in to do a bad job so your customer has no option but to pay £56 for gels??"

"I have bought their waxing package and have been there twice now. The lady who has seen me, Sapna, has always been bubbly, attentive and made me feel comfortable. Her waxing technique as well as her customer service are both outstanding. Whenever I book my next appointment I ask it to be with her only. I definitely recommend her waxing services. The salon itself looks clean and well maintained. So, overall, I'm pleased with my experience."

"Honestly, I have tried this place several times. The first time I was delighted, 2nd time my toenail chipped after a couple of days so I went back (it was my own fault). But the lady very very reluctantly agreed to fix it. And today, it was absolutely awful. No foot massage, no cream on my feet and an uneven finish on one of my nails. Still charged the same amount but each time the quality is less. I won’t be coming here again. My mum felt the same. She was with me all 3 times and had the same reduced quality treatment each time."
