"Very friendly gym. Nice and cheerful staff. Used the Gym for a long time, loved the Body Pump classes and the main gym area. Few machines can be replaced but again you are not paying through the roof to get into a 5 star facility. It is a good gym and a nice bunch of people. Good timings and decently maintained. Recommended."

"Total garbage. Filthy. Everything broken. Neil could care less that the gym is falling apart. Child care is rude. The entire gym smells like a toilet. The broken sauna smells like a dirty nappy. There is never a manager or owner around. Not worth the money. I feel sorry for the people working there. Sad."

"I joined this Gym early this year, I think you get what you pay for. Facilities are basic, many machines not working and showing wear and tear. The most shocking is how dirty the place is. Gyms need deep cleaning on regular basis, there are huge cobwebs, mould, dampness and leaks through the roof. I am here because of the price and being at the top of my road. Even if the management showed that they are attempting to improve this place it would encourage more people. Not sure why there is no water fountain and you have to ask staff to fill your water bottle every time. Staff are polite and helpful."
