“Reply for mr. V Patel! I'm not agree with you. I'm one of the barbers from Classique Hair Salon and on that day you called for an appoiment at 1pm. At 1:15pm you wasn't there so i had to take another customer because it was really busy and we had bookings all the day every 30 minutes. And you also said that nobody told anything when you came in or ask you something, but when you arrived you didn't said that you have booking at 1pm, you just came inside without saying anything. When it's so busy we can't stay focused on the door all the time when someone is coming in, we are sorry about that. You should said something but you didn t tell us anything about your appoiment, it was just miss comunication. We' re really sorry for what happened that day! All the best!”

I always visit Jena Hair Salon to get a balayage or top up colour on my roots and I am always left exceptionally surprised and in love with how my hair comes out. If only I could share before and after pictures… Jena and all hairdressers are extremely experienced and know exactly what they are doing. They listen, meet and exceed my requirements every time. Lakshila's work area is also very clean an relaxing, her colleagues are all friendly an polite they all make you feel welcome. My appointments could have good days and bad days with my eyes, no matter what Lakshila right there explaining stage by stage the process. Lakshila is very skilled at her job, I appreciate her professional conduct, Lakshila is a patient lovely happy woman, its a pleasure to have her as my beautian. I've had 1 bad experience in the past with a beautian. Once meeting back up with Lakshila, I'd had to explain my experience. With no worries about what was said Lakshila got to work on my eyes this was a very bad day for my eyes they were being very disobedient keep watering for the whole time, speaking to her I was reassured. As stated one year on I'm over the moon time time again with her work.”

In the last few months I’ve had gel manicure, eye lashing tinting and Brazilian bikini wax and all have been brilliant. My nails were done so quickly but great care was taken and looked amazing and my wax was perfect. Would 100% recommend. “Sita is absolutely fantastic, I always contact her before going and she tries her hardest to accommodate me & fitting me within the schedule. When doing eyebrows I would never go to anyone else except her . Even if I had to travel, for many reasons; her hand is very light, she is good at giving shape to your natural brow and does not make it overly thin. So she sticks by what I’ve asked. She uses amazing products which are good quality and does not leave rashes on my skin. I would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a local beauty parlour in Wembley, as she is always very clean and hygienic!”
