"I have been to this place for various services a few times and I totally recommend it. The staff is friendly. The place is hygienic .. Dronali is very thorough with waxing and gets the job done timely. I have had haircuts and hair highlights work done by Justin.. He understands what the customer is looking for and does a good job. I do advice to make a prior appointment before visiting because its a busy place you will have a better experience with pre booked appointment.."

"Possibly the most unhygienic salon I've ever stepped into. Other than the floor, chairs, etc. being dirty (hairs everywhere) I felt the quality of products being used here is extremely low. Cheap products, cheap results, you still pay top dollar for mediocre service. I don't know why Sonal colored my hairs red when I clearly told her I want a darker color. To "fix" it, I had to visit the dirty salon multiple times. The keratin was shaky at best, to begin with, and didn't last for a month. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money, energy, time"
