"Tragedy, service unprofessional. I had my hair bleached from dark blonde to light toned down. I was there for 3 and a half hours in total. In an hour and a half I had strands done on half of my head, just separating the strands, unthinkable for me. Before she finished separating and bleaching the last strands, the first ones were bleached for 1.5 hours. I know my hair and I can see that she damaged my hair a lot with long bleaching. For 3.5 hours I was sitting all the time listening to a conversation in a language other than English. Not fun and very uncultured. Haircut, very poor. Mrs Nourish can't cut her hair. She seems to lack skills. At the end I told about what I don't like about my hair and I was completely ignored. I saw that she tried, but she lacked the skills. The pace of work is a tragedy and skills are a tragedy despite the efforts."

"I have been always attending this salon with an excellent experience. Nadia and Shazia are very professional hairdressers. They have the knowledge about hair treatments and they always gives you the right advice. I had recently done a keratin treatment and I was amazed with the result! They always accommodate me to my needs and even if I’m late they still see me with a smile, very kind and friendly. I’ve been with this salon for almost 3 years and also my daughter comes all the way from Crawley and recently my daughter in law. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon."

"Great hair treatments at amazing prices. The sisters who run this salon are so lovely and thorough, not the usual hairdressers with a bad attitude problem you get at most salons. Plus they really know their stuff about haircare and skincare and give lots of great advice! I would really recommend trying this salon, the service is so much better than at all of the big chain salons I used to go to, and it is way better value for money."
