"I’ve been visiting this salon for over 6 years and I always had a good experince but last time I came I met this beautiful young smiling girl on her name Nirali and she did a great job. She was super quick and worked like a pro. She was always smiling and chatting with me. Very good customer service. She is an asset for the company and the salon needs more employees like her! Congrats and thank you!"

"It’s truly dirty and unhygienic in here. I sat down for a manicure and as soon as I saw the unwashed tools I had a bad feeling. The lady started to file (hack!) my nails with an overused, old nail file, hardly any surface left. It was so badly used that it wasn’t filing and it’s when she got the clippers out to try to fix the mess she’d made, I apologised and left. At least only one nail was hacked into… I doubt these people have qualified to carry out beauty services? Certainly not to UK standard. It seems super dodgy. My advice is to avoid and go somewhere with better reviews - normally I use a Notting Hill salon but wanted to try to find somewhere more local :( bad move."

"Don’t go to this salon unless you want to get scammed and have terrible customer experience. Unhygienic, dirty, smelly salon. Staff doesn’t clear their tools nor speak English so if you want something different just be ready that it will look horrible. Manager doesn’t care about you requesting a refund, doesn’t speak to you nor will contact you in any way. Employees will not help you in any way as they’re in on the scam. It’s an obvious money laundering salon. Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If only I could give 0 stars"

"If only I could post 0 stars. An extremely poor experience having gel nails done at the Wembley branch. It left me wondering whether staff were adequately trained and having read other reviews on treat well i can see my experience was not unique and it is an unprofessional place. I have also been trying to contact the head office for over a month and recieved no acknowledgement. There was timely warning to the team of this review if my querey wasnt dealt with. Extremely thin coats with gaps and streaks and rough edges and chips. Don't waste your time."
