"I’ve come here often and had no issues with the treatments themselves. Today I had an encounter with the man who sits at the desk on his phone, he is awfully rude - I asked him how long the wait time was and he said 10-15 mins, after waiting for half an hour he said another 10 mins. I mentioned that I’ve been waiting for half an hour and he asked me to stop being rude and he’s not a child. As a customer, if I have been waiting for half an hour I should feel respected when I question the wait time. At no point was I rude. Disappointed in this behaviour, left after 40 minutes wait."

"very pathetic service today i went for my haircut and i told them that i want what kind of haircut even i showed them pictures if models but they just retouch my forelock and retouch my hair tips and they told me that if u want layer hair cut money will be different very unprofessional and poor service i don’t recommend elegance wastage of money time."

"I Had my nails removed and then had shellac. All my nails were cut unevenly, she even made me bleed. The girl filing my nails clearly didn’t know what she was doing. When I got my nails painted within days the colour started changing colour. I would not recommend this place at all."

"Went in for an infill, and to paint my toenails. The girl who did my nails doesn’t know what she is doing! Terrible service. When I got home my nails looked horrendous! Do not recommend this salon! Don’t waste your money!!! She took ages just to paint my toenails, took the polish off at least 3 times! They to buy new nail polish, and stop draining out the bottles. Awful!!!"
