The Hospital Day Nursery
● Open“This is the nursery that you would want for your child. My son has been attending the nursery for nearly 3 years. He started when he was 1 year old. He could not settled. The nursery staff took extra time and effort to make it easier for him. He also developed eczema. The nurses were happy to put emollients, creams and the other stuff on his skin. Nothing was problem. We went potty training together, great success, ditched the day nap, again excellent result. We are bilingual family, he learns english in the nursery and speak beautifully without any accent. We also went through a bereavement of my husband and my son's dad. The nursery was extremely supportive, gave me hints, advices and literature. My son loves this nursery, has got his friends, best friends and big friends (nurses) there. They shaped his personality, he is confident in himself. Nursery is excellent, nurses are caring, listening, looking into ability of the child to perform well. They days are full of activities and learning. Also, my son is picky eater, in nursery he eats everything that does not eat him.”

Two days ago I had my operation at this incredible hospital with the most caring staff I just want to say a huge thank you to two nurses Bodlarka Bod and Francisco Villamor For looking after me and make me feel very comfortable. Broomfield Hospital
● Open“Referred to by my GP as a matter of urgency I attended the Bloomfield A+E with some trepidation. I could not have been more wrong although very busy in at 2.15pm out at 5.30pm following 2 consultations, blood tests with results and a CT scan. All the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Only one negative thing the doctor could not give me prescription for an outside pharmacy as there were no forms and the hospital pharmacy closed dead on 5.30pm which meant I had to return the following day. But I give them 5 stars compared to the Queens in Romford which is more like a third world country war zone.”

Charing Cross Hospital
● Open“This is an honest review. I was admitted for accute bleeding. Although I was in hospital for 11 days. The doctors were able to fully resolve my issue, despite the long time it took. The only down side was the lack of qualifications a lot of the ward nurses have, showing their clear lack of nursing skills.”

University College Hospital
● Open“Was dropped in front of the main entrance by a taxi, queued in front of the info desk/reception to ask where to go and was approached by someone with a yellow badge (working or volunteer from the hospital) to ask if he can help and promptly answered us to go directly to the A&E unit with clear direction. The staff, nurses & specially the doctor was very calming and thorough in their job. The facility is very clean. It took us less than a couple of hours with the medication from the pharmacy and went back home… The only minor comments is that there was no discharge summary report, either they missed to give us or it does not exist. Also the A&E waiting area seems to be small, perhaps it is under renovation not sure…”

Epsom General Hospital
● Open“I underwent surgery yesterday and was under the care of Mr Nigel Day and his amazing female Dr colleague ( so sorry that I can't remember her name) along with the anaesthetist. I cannot tell you how amazing all of the staff were to me from booking the appointment with Shirley and then arriving at the day surgery right through to Swift ward at the end of the day. Mr Day took the time to visit me on the ward at the end of a long day to check I was okay and to advise me of the surgery he performed. The care was exceptional and all of the staff should feel very proud that they are caring for patients who can be anxious. Long may our NHS continue and maybe it is time we all stood together as a nation to help them earn a rightful wage and more resource. I know there are organisations already in operation and I intend to support the cause more aggressively than I have to date. Thank youa nd much appreciated Sally :)”

Again very nice welcome, they asked of my appointment I said I didn't have one as I was not aware, without any hesitation they send me to x-ray department to see if I can be seen, in the x-ray lovely Receptionist said that although I should've had an appointment she has space and will book me. Cromwell Hospital
● Open“Dr Samer Dahdaleh is a neurologist with a clinic at Cromwell Hospital. I was scheduled to see him 4 weeks from the date I called the hospital. I then reached out to his personal secretary and she got me an appointment 4 days later. Dr Sam is extremely thorough, asks tons of questions, is super inquisitive and makes you feel like he’s going to do everything possible to get to the root of your issue which in my case is daily headaches. Not to mention he ordered blood work and I did it same day and waited 2 minutes to have the work done. Fantastic experience all around.”
