The Hospital Day Nursery

"I can not recommend this place more highly. This was the first time I put my children in any kind of care. My children started at 18months and 6months. I didn't need to worry at all. They are so welcoming when I call to put my mind at ease. The communication book is brilliant. At the end of each day the staff go through the children's day. The menu is great, the activities are great and the staff have been amazing. I love the pictures and videos that gets sent, along with weekly news letters. One child has our nappies and cream the other child has the nurserys nappies and they update us when they are low on our ones and they are fine with these personal requirements. I was a nervous wreck going back to work but I didn't need to be! This nursery has been great for both of my children with development and growing. Do not hesitate to put your children in this nursery. It is hands down brilliant and I am so pleased this is the nursery we went with."

"My daughter started The Hospital Day nursery in Dec 2021, when she 16 months. She was born during covid pandemic and was so shy and nervous but really came out of her shell and had grown so much so quickly. I loved that they allocated her a key person who was usually always there or to greet her and she became really comfortable. They also send pictures which made me smile during the day. The nursery team work so hard but they always have time for you at the end of the day to chat about what they’ve been up to! If sending your little one is scary thought then they are in totally safe hands here!"

"This is the nursery that you would want for your child. My son has been attending the nursery for nearly 3 years. He started when he was 1 year old. He could not settled. The nursery staff took extra time and effort to make it easier for him. He also developed eczema. The nurses were happy to put emollients, creams and the other stuff on his skin. Nothing was problem. We went potty training together, great success, ditched the day nap, again excellent result. We are bilingual family, he learns english in the nursery and speak beautifully without any accent. We also went through a bereavement of my husband and my son's dad. The nursery was extremely supportive, gave me hints, advices and literature. My son loves this nursery, has got his friends, best friends and big friends (nurses) there. They shaped his personality, he is confident in himself. Nursery is excellent, nurses are caring, listening, looking into ability of the child to perform well. They days are full of activities and learning. Also, my son is picky eater, in nursery he eats everything that does not eat him."

"Post Covid, I was nervous about sending my little girl to nursery. I viewed many but I’m so happy I chose THDN! My little girl absolutely loves it. They do lots of different activities, I love that they send me pictures of her and she is really growing and learning as a result of being there. "Fantastic nursery school, I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. I have sent two of my children to the hospital day nursery, so I've have had the pleasure to witness my children's experience in all 4 classes. The staff are fantastic, so friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We love the home from home environment and the children love all of the activities set each day. They've always come home with happy faces and sleep well!"
