I enjoyed a variation of starters, including the dimsum, spring rolls, scallops and deep fried crab which were all super tasty. The decor is beautiful and very stylish and colourful. The upstairs Isabella room is very nice and perfect for a private function. I highly recommend this place.”

“Absolutely fabulous little German riverside restaurant and Beer garden. Quite frankly one of the best Schnitzels in London and the sausages were not bad at all (if a tad Salty). The service is impeccable and friendly and all German speaking. The Beers and cocktails were a treat too as is the amazing riverside view sitting on the terrace. Top tip: Book your table... or you will be sitting inside which is still great (Music played is outstanding) but the terrace is a highlight of you can get it.”

“I was looking for a meal that was fulfilling but not overly heavy. As a newcomer to Ramen I can't speak to the authenticity, only to the taste. I opted for the pork and it was utterly delicious. “Needed a table for 3, slight wait of 20 minutes, which I was informed about up front. Lovely hostess who on noticing I had a sore throat gave me a glass of water, really kind of her. Friends arrived and we were shown to the table. Used the app to order which us simple and straightforward. They had run out of corn so we were asked to choose an alternative, this was accomplished without fuss. Food arrived, hot and exactly as asked for. Service was swift, polite and didn't disturb our evening. Food we ordered was delicious and drinks were chilled.”

Delicious food with a good gluten free menu and gluten free flags on the GF plates so you know they are actually gluten free :) They staff were very friendly and were wearing masks to keep people safe which was very nice to see. “Very nice hotel, not too far from Kew Gardens and Richmond town centre. Up on the hill with some great views this place. Key highlights for me, we wanted to park for two nights as we were staying for a wedding and they only charged for one and gave the second day as complimentary. Also my partner forgot her mascara and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in letting her borrow hers! Not a service they normally offer I’m sure, but great of her to provide this. Beyond this, the beds were comfy, very cleanly and it was not noisy at all.”

“Loved this place. Rolled up on a Friday evening on a whim and they found a table for two of us. The food was excellent and great value for the amount we had. Excellent steaks and the Chorizo starter was incredible. The staff were great and the waitress who served us was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.”

“I grew up in Asia so I’m pretty familiar with Thai food and this is the ONLY place I will order from ever and have been for maybe three years. Even when they’re closed on I think Wednesdays and I’m craving Thai I’d rather make my own food than get Thai anywhere else. The food here is just that good. Staff are always super friendly, when ordering delivery they’re prompt, and you can always call them, they’re so polite over the phone.”
