Premier Inn London Hayes, Heathrow (Hyde Park) hotel
● Open“My first visit to this particular location. Stayed here as was close to airport for my holiday but still close enough to central for me to go and explore London… Great room and service, checked in by Lara, very friendly smile. Restaurant not too bad for dinner had server Rachel, very happy lady. For breakfast was not the best buffet but good enough.”
-
Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is worth signing up for and is better than most business hotels I’ve experienced in the UK or US. Met a friend at the bar, and we were both appreciative of the professionalism and good humour of the staff. Really a good stay.”
-
Holiday Inn London - Watford Junction, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”
-
Novotel London Brentford
● Open“The hotel was great, it looked stunning, the staff were super friendly. The place had amazing lights, the shower had button that let you see through to the hotel room which was funny. We loved the pool and Sauna. They have parking which you have to pay for and the breakfast selection was incredibly tasty and a great selection. Anna was really kind to my daughters. Thank you for letting us stay, it was really fun & we had an amazing time there.”
-

My sons and I were traveling over for a football match and in the chaos I had thought I booked the Wembley Ibis. The staff there kindly held our bags until the event was over. Was thankful to know our bags were safe while we had fun.”

-
London Marriott Hotel Regents Park
● Open“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”
-
Premier Inn London County Hall hotel
● Open“This hotel can’t really be faulted for its location, cleanliness and friendly staff. The lifts are a bit of a pain and they suffer from being in an extremely busy location. We didn’t go to the restaurant and there were a few issues with a door that couldn’t stay open in the bathroom (and a broken seal in the bathroom so it flooded when showering), but it gets a 5 star review for being so comfortable. We slept extremely well while in the middle of London.”
-
Premier Inn London Blackfriars (Fleet Street) hotel
● Open“Nice location and just off the main street. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Stayed here for 4 nights and also had our breakfasts here, the staff were helpful and polite so cannot fault this hotel. Would highly recommend.”
-
Mama Shelter London Shoreditch
● Open“Such a fantastic place to stay. Came for a Valentine's night away from kids and had such a nice time. The room was big, clean, and had all the expected amenities like soap, shampoo, coffee, tea etc. Place has so many quirky features including our room that had a skylight that looks up to the pavement in the street! It was still private, but just a sight idea of naughtiness makes it fun. Highly recommend.”
-
Montcalm East, Shoreditch London
● Open“I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.”

Point A London, Canary Wharf
● Open“I recently stayed at the Point A Hotel in Canary Wharf and I had a great experience. The hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and they made my stay very pleasant. They were always available to help with any questions I had, and they made sure that everything was taken care of. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. Although the rooms were generally rather small, they were definitely enough for a short city trip. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were all there. One of the best things about this hotel is its location directly in Canary Wharf. The underground and DLR stations were only a 5-minute walk away, which made it very easy to get around the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Canary Wharf. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel is a great choice.”
-
Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Nice reasonably priced hotel with very large rooms (we choose the premium rooms). Very quiet, not much noise from street or other rooms. Neighbourhood is okay as long as your diet does not rely on beer and pork. Bus stop right in front of the door, tube and DLR are roughly ten minutes away. Very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. Good breakfast. Bathroom and closet in the guest rooms rather small.”

-
London Hilton on Park Lane
● Open“We loved our recent stay! We went as a last minute long weekend trip and arrived later than usual due to a flight delay. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. As a diamond member, I was upgraded automatically; however, the staff further upgraded us to the Park Lane Suite which was excellent and bigger than most NYC apartments. Alisha was excellent and even arranged to have distilled water sent to the room for my husband’s cpap machine. Breakfast had a decent spread with the buffet and with the possibility of ordering hot foods and the service was excellent. We used the executive lounge a few times which is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been to compared to other properties. We had drinks at the Sky bar which had a nice view. The location is excellent. Black cabs are waiting outside so it is easy to get around and walking around Mayfair at night was lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and I am happy I chose this hotel (I did tons of research prior to booking).”

Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 hotel
● Open“Perfect for a good night’s sleep if you’re arriving late or have a layover. Easily accessible from T5 via bus 423 which costs £1.60. You pay the bus by tapping your contactless card on the reader when you enter. The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to navigate. Rooms were like every other Premier Inn. Sure, it may look a bit outdated but it’s safe, clean and does the job. I also felt safe as a female traveller, as you need to swipe your card at checkpoints to access various areas and a door chain is present by the room door. Additionally there’s a McDonald’s right next to the hotel, great for a cheap breakfast.”
-
Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport
● Open“This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.”
-
Holiday Inn London - Heathrow Bath Road, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Zero complaints here. Rooms were new and fresh. The bar in main floor was decent but a tad expensive. We had a buffet style meal for our group and was okay. The breakfast was really good. I couldn't hear any planes taking off all night or day. Very sound proof”

Novotel London Heathrow Airport - M4 Jct 4
● Open“Excellent staff, great bar, rooms are very comfortable. Really recommend it for business meetings. Shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great time there. If you need to go in city center its is convenient to catch the underground at the nearest underground station, easily reachable with a bus, you save a lot of time if you compare to go back to airport and catch there the underground. We just had a one night stay flying into and then out of Heathrow. We took the free bus there from the airport and it was about a 30 minute ride from Heathrow. The hotel is clean and modern, very typical Novotel property. They do have a nice bar for snacks and breakfast plus a full service restaurant. The service in the restaurant is great and the food is very good Italian. Clean, spacious room with full amenities. Very good restaurant, though it used to be small and intimate with lots of ambiance, and has been expanded and a bit too modern. Great hotel stay near airport. Good bus service from airport. Stayed here as most people do I imagine to be close to the airport before flying early the next day. Was a bit troublesome to get to - would have been better if walking distance from the airport - but when we got there we had a very nice meal in the Italian restaurant. Went for a swim afterwards, Room was good, very nice bathroom and shower, nice TV and comfy bed (but pillows too soft and no choice to change them). Would certainly go back if needing an overnighter. Stayed for a couple of days at this property while working with a client. The staff here was outstanding. You expect helpful and courteous, but there was an extra level of helpfulness and kindness to the service provided. We used the business conference services and for a very reasonable price, we had opening coffee/tea service, two catered breaks and a hot buffet lunch - all served in a very, very creative and appealing manner. The level of service from the business services team was superb, even paying attention to when we took breaks to ensure that a meal was shifted if needed. I would love to replicate this property and what they are doing in other locations!”

Premier Inn London Greenford hotel
● Open“Visit to family nearby. Hotel was clean, staff were polite and professional. Despite being next to the A40, we slept well in our quiet room.”
-

-
Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Very nice hotel, Holiday Inn Express style. We booked a double room with twin beds for me and my daughter. The room was clean, shower was really great. Breakfast was quite good and the staff at the front desk is nice and helpful. Location is superb, with North Acton station just around the corner, and bus station in front of the hotel entrance. Tesco express, Costa and Domino's are nearby.”
