“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“Eric and Julia have been an incredible help! They assisted my family and me throughout the booking experience as well as the check in to checking out nearby locations to visit. We had an issue with a payment error and they immediately took action to resolve it. Eric help so much by translating and accommodating my family with any issues. “Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

“The manager went above and beyond to help In the evening we were in the block he noticed I had a walking stick and my mobility was not great he asked if we would like a bath/shower mat for safety he went to reception and got us one every time he saw us he said hello he’s so very nice and as I said he went above and beyond what he had to The rooms are always clean and reception lady is so lovely we’ve stayed here 3 times. In 2022 now 2023 when ever we come we stay here as it’s such a lovely place. We eat breakfast at the block which is always very nice We love it here and recommend it it’s a 5* from us Janet Abraham and Lloyd king”

“Incredible place to stay for the night, highly recommend a room that's 30 floors up, Fantastic views of London! Breakfast was superb , your paying for high quality food and the amazing views as far as the London Eye, The Shard and many otherlandmarks.. all this served on floor 37. Had a slight issue with noisy guest but resolved very efficiently. Top marks highly recommend”

If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.”

“One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.”

“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

“We stayed here for 9 nights in July and it exceeded all of our expectations! We had low expectations because we were looking for a budget friendly place. There are aspects that definitely felt low budget, but that's expected with a budget inn. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff was so lovely and patient with my young kids. The inn was quiet and clean. It's right by Tesco and Sainsbury, and also near several bus stops, so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We had breakfast there one day and it was hot and delicious! I would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. “The location is very good in zone 1 of Aldgate East. The hotel is very new so all the facilities and rooms are new, modern, stylish and fully equipped for longer stays. Complimentary coffee and tea from the lounge is always nice. The staff are 100% top notch, always smiling and happy to help where they can. Thank you to all the staff at reception and at the lounge including Ali and Bianca! I've had such a good stay and felt so welcomed. “The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

“I went for one night with a friend for a special occasion and everything was amazing. We received an upgrade from the house to a family room. It had two queen beds and two bathrooms, just for two of us! At the arrival, there was an amazing bottle of Prosecco, a card and some chocolate strawberries waiting for us to celebrate our special occasion. The bed was very comfortable and was a shame when I had to leave early.. I would have loved to have a lie- in! The lobby manager Anna was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to get back as soon as possible.”

“What a beautiful hotel! Just 2 minutes away from Tower Hill tube station and few bus stations nearby that we mostly used. Clean, tidy, with amazing stuff , a good restaurant, complimentary water , tea and coffee. An amazing place and we definitely come back again! Loved it !”
