"My experience was the same as several others who have left reviews. The owner - a short, aggressive little man - became irate because his scanner wasn't working and I preferred to wait until it was scanned. He suggested that implied he would steal my parcel, which is complete nonsense, and ultimately threw my parcel back at me. He completely embarrassed himself and should be ashamed. Avoid returning parcels in this shop."

"Honestly the best little shop. The guys there are fantastic; smiling, helpful and good for a chinwag. I once said that I liked a specific flavour of crisps and by next time I went in they had ordered some. It was so lovely and considerate of them. Sometimes people come in and are demanding or rude about the parcel dropoff (honestly I don't know why people think they should get special service for parcels Vs shopping) and they always deal with it politely even in the face of enormous Karening. Total superstars."
