“Omega heating engineers did a great job in my house. 2 engineers came in the morning and worked in a very structured way in carrying out the necessary work to replace my old boiler with a new combi-boiler. The estimate was very competitive also, my reason of why I choose them. The engineers were polite and considerate, they managed to finish the job the same day, which I was glad about. “It has been roughly 11 months and we are very happy with the new walk-in shower! The old one was leaking and was making a huge mess, so we urgently needed to have it replaced. Dan did an amazing job of working around the existing bathroom to give us everything that we needed for my disabled father. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he worked around our tight budget. Dan was also happy to help us with fitting products for a disabled person. The project took a little over 3 months and we needed drying time to air out the dampness between the shower room and kitchen below, but Dan kindly fitted us into his busy schedule so the work could be done as soon as possible. Dan worked quickly to replace the damp floor with new non slip tiles, installed a new extractor fan, new toilet and shower screen, and even fitted a unit for us. Both bathroom and kitchen were finished with paint and sealant. After a few weeks, we noticed leaking again, and it turns out it was because of some cracks in the wall tiles. Dan came back to sealed them up for us, and since then we haven’t had any leaks!”

“I performed a lot of research into mid-to-high range kitchens such as Howdens and John Lewis. I found that their approach was too objective, too focused on getting a quick sale, and not considerate of what we needed. This prompted me to look at an independent seller which is how I was recommended London Koncepts. As this was to a be a 'long term' kitchen we wanted to ensure that we didn't want to rush our choice. The manager looked at our plans closely, asked us lots of questions what we were trying to achieve (we're a family house, needing more storage, we like cooking a lot etc), our taste and of course, our budget. The manager was able to show us a great range of designs and rather than focus on us buying the most expensive product, quickly understood exactly what we needed. He was right. The team came to our house that week to size up the fitting and within a few days we had a great set of 3D drawings. As our kitchen is in a basement, the manager was able to explain the sort of worktops we needed, lighting and all fittings. From start to finish, the manager appraised us at each step of the delivery process, and we didn't have any issues regarding the kitchen parts (nothing broken or missing) or the fitting. I can't recommend London Koncepts highly enough. It isn't Wren or B&Q, it's a lot better than those so please don't waste your time if you're looking for a cheap kitchen. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen thanks to the manager.”

“Amazing shop if you want to buy home supplies, computer accessories, power tools, kitchen items/appliances, gardening tools, bathroom accessories, and more. Staff are very nice and helpful. They're particularly careful about age-restricted products such as harmful chemicals (drain de-cloggers, toilet cleaners, etc.) and knives/scissors (they don't let anyone handle them - an employee takes them to the counter for checkout). Overall, quite a nice shop with a wide range of products.”

It's a range cooker with a gas stove and would've been super expensive to replace and many other appliance repair companies refused to attend because the hob was gas. From the initial phonecall, the experience with Top Freeze was great. Zohaib was quick to diagnose the problem and order the part then return to finish the job. He ensured that the kitchen was left tidy and kept me updated in regards to the part arriving and when the job would be completed. Absolutely recommend!!”
