“Ben built alcove cabinets and shelves for my Victorian flat. The materials used were high quality, his work is precise and with high attention to detail. The cabinets look really beautiful, are solid and well made. The fact that Ben made the parts for the cabinets and shelves in his workshop and only assembled them in my flat meant that there was not m that much mess and dust from the works. Ben also tidied and cleaned the area afterwards. I had compared prices with other companies but found that the quality, finish and detail of the cabinets could not really match what Ben delivers. I would highly recommend him!”

“Can’t thank Kyle enough, especially before the winter weather kicks in. Our boiler wasn’t working right, the bar was down. So we looked locally and saw Kyle who was based in Feltham and dropped him a call. He managed to squeeze us in the same day to have a look ran some test and came back the next day to finish it. “This company is simply amazing. We had a really complex kitchen project and had been to six kitchen companies and their corresponding designers to get a design done (some cheaper, some significantly more expensive than Interior Design Concepts). Our impression was always the same: their input was limited and, as we learn about kitchen constraints, they always had mistakes in the design that if we hadn’t notice it would have been a disaster. With Lily (IDC designer) everything was different. She started asking for “hard constraints” (ie budget amongst other things) and unlike others who would push that in the end, Lily didn’t. She worked with that and spent enormous amounts of time looking at alternatives that would create a beautiful but full of functionality design whilst still keeping the constraints. But it didn’t finish there. When it came to installing the kitchen she followed everything from beginning to end. I lost count of how many times she came to the house to check. By the way, the installer she sent, Mario, was excellent too. At some point they even realised our builder had made two obvious mistakes with the electrics (something the builder rather than them should have known!). It was too late to correct them but she was the one who came up with alternatives that would anyway make the whole project work. Anyway, as a final word: Lily is amazing, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen (that was worth waiting for) and she took away from me enormous amounts of headaches. 10 out of 10”

We had our kitchen installed 4 years ago and its still looks amazing today. His advice to use drawers rather than cupboards is one example of his professional advice given. “After initially moving into this new house we quickly discovered vast amounts of improvements needed with the plumbing and everything. I got in contact through their website and Lee pretty much instantly messaged me back. Just to give you an idea of what we needed to do, a new gas boiler, a new radiator, needed to bleed all the radiators, some of the pipe work was done incorrectly and wasn't on a pressurised system. Mark was the main man who came round twice for the whole day working tirelessly, completing everything up to such a high standard plus just an absolutely lovely guy.
