"Store looks shabby and low rent and customer service from male staff member (didn't get his name) was terrible with his lacklustre attitude towards customer service. He refused to give me my weed puller I had paid for via click and collect as I forgot to bring ID. However I am in my 30s so it would have been clear to anyone who cared to look that I am over 18. I will not shop here again and very sorry to have had dealings with this store or company. Not worth the hassle."

"Generally the staff here are very nice but I just had a bad experience now with Doreen at the till. I had bought some headphones just the other day and they weren’t the correct ones, so I went to go return them. When I went to the till to ask for a return, Doreen refused and said no due to hygiene reasons. I then explained- I wasn’t told this at the time of purchase. She had then patronised me and said: “Well it’s common sense…” which was not appreciated at all. This is not how to deal with customers."
