"Terrible experience with the Kentish Town store. Unprofessional and incredibly poor service, they messed me around for months. I had to push back all my builders/plumbers/electricians as they couldn’t sort out a simple plan even though they had months to do so. Avoid. I wish I used a different store and service. I received the wrong items and was over-charged for materials that were not needed or asked for. Two stars just because the materials that were right send to be good quality."
